Premium Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Overview

These Premium Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of the Premium PRO subscription for Waifu Vibes: 4K HD Anime Girl, developed by Alpesh Raval (Developer). By subscribing to Premium PRO, you agree to these terms.

The Premium PRO subscription provides enhanced features, exclusive content, and an ad-free experience, offering sustained and recurring value throughout the entire duration of your subscription.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer the following subscription options:

3. Premium Features

Your active Premium PRO subscription includes the following features:

• Remove Ads - Completely ad-free experience.
• Exclusive Content - Access to premium-only wallpapers.

4. Auto-Renewal Terms

• Subscriptions are charged automatically at each billing period (monthly or annually).
• You will be charged no earlier than 24 hours before the beginning of each billing period.
• Your subscription continues until you cancel it.
• Upon renewal, you will be charged the then-current subscription price.
• You will receive a notification before each renewal charge.

5. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.
• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• You must have a valid payment method on file with Google Play.
• Google Play's payment terms and policies apply to all transactions. We do not store or process your payment details.

6. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Google Play Store: Open the Google Play Store app → Go to Menu → Subscriptions → Select Waifu Vibes subscription → Tap "Cancel subscription".
• In-App: Go to Settings → Subscription Management and follow the cancellation prompts.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

• Cancellation takes effect at the **end of your current billing period**.
• You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.
• **No refunds for partial periods** are provided upon cancellation.
• After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing periods.

Re-subscribing

If you cancel and later decide to re-subscribe, you will be charged at the then-current subscription rate. Your previous subscription benefits do not carry over.

7. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

• Trial duration will be clearly stated at the time of subscription.
• After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price unless you **cancel before the trial period ends** to avoid charges.
• Only one trial is permitted per user/account.

8. Refund Policy

• Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund, you must contact Google Play Store support directly.
• In the case of technical issues preventing access to Premium features despite an active payment, please contact us at dev.alpesh91@gmail.com.

9. Access to Premium Content

• Access to Premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Access continues for the duration of your active subscription.
• If payment fails, your access may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
• You need an active internet connection to verify your subscription status and download content.

10. Changes to Subscription Terms

Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices.
• Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days advance notice of price increases.
• Price increases will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
• You can **cancel** before the price increase takes effect to avoid the new price.

Feature Changes

We may add, modify, or remove Premium features while maintaining the core value proposition of sustained premium content access. Major changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:

• You violate our Terms of Use.
• You engage in fraudulent payment activities.
• Your account is involved in abusive behavior.
• Termination is required by law.

Upon termination for cause, **no refunds** will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

12. Geographic Availability

Subscriptions are available in regions where Google Play Billing is supported. Pricing may vary by region based on local currency and tax requirements. Some features may be region-restricted due to licensing.

13. Taxes

Prices shown **exclude applicable taxes**. Taxes are calculated based on your location and will be added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your subscription.

These Premium Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpesh Raval regarding your subscription to Waifu Vibes Premium PRO.
